Richard tends to be the main driver in the area of Jewellery designing and making. He was trained in 3D design at Sheffield School of Art after transferring from the Sculpture course and he then specialised in Silversmithing and Jewellery design. His work again focussing on the use of salvaged materials, to develop a range of jewellery that uses less precious materials than the traditional gol, silver and precious stones, although some pieces do incorporate those materials as well
